event Cancellation:
We understand if you are unable to attend events and want to accommodate your situations, just speak to an officer at least 24 hours before the event, however we have certain penalties pertaining no-show members:
Notified before 24hrs = no penalty
Notified within 24hrs = half credits deducted
If no show = Full credits deducted
Notified before 24hrs = no penalty
Notified within 24hrs = half credits deducted
If no show = Full credits deducted
