Event Cancellation Policy:
- If you come in during the guest speaker presentation, you will only receive 0.5 of attendance credit
- If you leave early, you do not get credit for the meeting. (Only certain circumstances will be approved by the President)
- If we see you on your phone or laptop, attendance will be taken away.
- Please do not talk or eat during a speaker presentation!
- If you sign up for a shift and do not show up, you will get negative hours
- Morning set up shift: you get an extra hour!
- Take down shift: you get an extra hour!
- Per fundraiser, you can only sign up for one extra hour shift
- Be active!
- Remember you are representing yourself, UTSA, and AED at these volunteer opportunities!
- Please abstain from employing an excessive amount of profanity
- Don’t be on your phone
- Dress appropriately
Socials:
- 75% rule: You must be at the social for 75% of the time in order for it to count towards requirements
- Please abstain from employing an excessive amount of profanity
Event Cancellation Policy:
- Event cancellation policy is applied only towards Volunteering and R.E.D. Sessions
- Before 24 Hours: No penalty is applied
- Within 24 Hours: Half of the expected credits will be deducted from total volunteer hours
- No Shows: All of the expected credits will be deducted from total volunteer hours
