What is the path to Osteopathic Medical School?

Academic Requirements
​An extremely important aspect for your path to medical school  is maintaining a high GPA. Although necessary, your GPA by itself will not grant you admission into medical school, you must also complete the necessary prerequisite classes to be eligible to even apply. Be mindful of always excelling academically as it will significantly boost your opportunities towards reaching your goal!

Clinical Experience
One of the more critical experiences for pre-do students is the exposure to patients in clinical settings.  This type of interaction will ensure that you enjoy working with patients and that you are well suited for a career in dentistry.

MCAT
The MCAT is designed to assess your problem solving, critical thinking, and knowledge of natural, behavioral, and social science concepts and principles prerequisite to the study of medicine.
